Ok, got a few SBX questions that should be slam dunks for you pros...
1. Where do I adjust the delay time it takes for AA to answer? (its two rings now)
2. Best way to setup an AA message that when finished, sends all calls into a Ring Group during the day. After hours according to a schedule, it will dump to a 'we're closed' message that will hang up after playing.
3. Best way to integrate a wireless headset into the mix. Looking at an AT&T TL7610 model.
Thoughts?
This is getting ridiculous

3...Your guess is as good as mine, wireless headsets are a pain in the you know what to use on any non bluetooth enabled system. All you can do is plug it in and turn on the headset button, if you are using a lifter then leave the button off I think. You will have to test it.
2. If you are using the AA and not just a message then disa/did ring assignment has to ring to an AA/CCR greeting with the error/ retry set to station group. In the system attributes set disa/did retry to 1 or the greeting will repeat three times before handing off. If you are not allowing digits to be dialed when the message plays...I would ring directly to the group with a very short timer like 1 ring to vmib announcement then it will ring thru to the group.
1. System timers but leave at 2 rings or caller id might not get captured. I assume its not ringing on a phone first.
