I have an Axxess running v5.2 with screen pop software. I schedule home inspections for a national franchise. I would like to expand my business and schedule inspections for independent inspectors. My only problem is music on hold. I need to have a way for the franchise customers to have the franchise music on hold, while the independents have a generic music on hold. Is there a way to do this?

We need more information on how your calls ring in..and if you have OPC cards for a different MOH source.

You would need to upgrade to v.7 in order to program which device uses the alternate MOH input. v4.4 to v.6x can only do it based upon trunk group.
And, yes, you do need the OPC card for the alternate MOH input.
