Let me think. I trained on the SX200 Generic 205 back in 1982. I worked on a 200-ICP last week in a Comfort Suites. I charged an hour and a half to create a hunt group for night answer and install a phone.
The last PBX account I had to audit the system to see what was in place so I could program it. Do you think I can do this from Ohio or should someone from South Carolina be there to audit the box?
There's no magic fix and it's never free. Search for a dealer or a manual or both and come back when you have an idea how it works or hire someone to do it.

SX 200 What? Analog, EL, ICP? The analog programs different than the digital EL and ICP. They install completely differently.
I would highly recommend, since you have no experience with the Mitel, that you contact a dealer, near you, and ask for assistance. It's not that the system is difficult, but is has a lot of options, features and little "gotchas" that can drive a person nuts if you don't know about them.

The SX-200 Analog is completely different in installation and programming vs the SX-200 Digital. Get a Mitel tech to have a look at it with you to begin with, and perhaps you can learn from there.
No, it's not a difficult system, but Mandarin Chinese isn't difficult either if you know it.
