We are using Axxess by Inter-Tel phones. I have one phone line that when she calls anyone, there is so much static on the line you can hardly hear her. The caller can't hear any static, but the person they are calling can. I switched out her cable, handset, cords, and finally her phone, still happens every time she makes a call. This just started about a month ago. Any suggestions? Thanks, Sally

Check your phone jack, punchdown blocks, cross connects...

What about a headset? The next step would be to connect the phone directly to the port eliminating the station wiring. Sounds like you did all you could on your end.

Also check the bridge clips. Are you also getting any alarm messages such as 100 or 101?
