when I transfer out side my property to an auto attendant the caller transferred can not select any options this happens on multiple auto attendants. happened on my 200 lite too. thought the AX upgrade would solve that. think it could be the lec? the lec is prime path lines[u][/u].

Call your installer and have the installer program the system to allow DTMF after dialing an outside number and connection. This is a programming issue.

I am the installer I added *4 after the string. but ill look through the discripter settings.
