they owe me money for a Motel 6 renovation and I got the chapter 11 notice from the United States Bankruptcy Court District Massachusetts in today's mail

I don't see any way to post the scan here , my software doesn't allow me to save a scan as a JPEG

You can load up just about any file type. A link might be all that is available to a doc like a pdf or word.

I did a bunch of work for them for a while in 2013/2014. It was always a pain to get paid two months after I did the job, glad I moved on when I did.
