Maybe a faulty line card or even an expansion card.
Check the Alarms in Maintenance it might help.
If you replace them and still issue the do a STARTUP and if still an issue maybe the software or the CICS.

What exactly are the issues? Any lightning/power spikes lately? How old is the system? Is it installed in a climate-controlled space?

From the pictures the contact sent me yes area looks climate controled area (Office) Installed in 2002 and I have message into contact to see what leads up to them having to power down (reset) system. It's in Ellsinore Missouri and the company they use told them hard to get parts so of course they want to upgrade/sell replacement. But as we all know parts are out there. Will post more as soon as I get info Thanks Curlycord and Danny Ocean for response. I have helped contact with their Executone system here in Atl and I'm also currently checking with some contacts I have from the past that may know someone that works in that area of the country.

Customer gave me code. They say the code that comes up when they have to power down is 52-1. Advised it looks like Trunk Module issue?

You should be able to change the card yourself. Power down, swap card, power up. You're good to go.

You should be able to change the card yourself. He's in Atlanta, GA. His client is in Ellsinore, MO. That would be one heck of a service charge!
