Client has an MICS and wants a dialer for outbound calling. Also wants computer integration. I imagine one would use the CTA 100/200 to integrate the two? Anyone have experience with these?

I've just recently gotten my hands on a CTA 100 and the Personal Productivity Suite (v2.2) so I might be able to help you out.
A few things I've noticed about compatibility:
-The software component of the PPS disc (Personal Call Manager) works in modern Windows (8.1 64-bit in my case) no problem.
-The driver and TAPI components do NOT work on 64-bit Windows (but I did get it to work on 32-bit Windows 7).
If your client uses 64-bit versions of Windows, you can either set up a 32-bit virtual machine that supports accessing the serial port (e.g. VMWare or Microsoft Virtual PC), or run it in Nortel's "server" mode. In server mode, you only need one CTA 100 device connected to one 32-bit Windows server and all the users can do CTI over the network through the server (I can confirm this works with 64-bit and 32-bit client machines).
Server mode requires a spare Windows server (any should do as long as it has a serial port for the CTA), an Active Directory domain, and a license key to enable more than one user/extension.
