Greetings, We have an IP Office Release 9.0 Essential edition with 7 pots lines and 4 voice mail ports. Frequently when people leave messages there is no audio to the message in the voice mail box. It is not local to one voice mail box nor does it seem to be a specific phone line. Of course when we test everything works fine. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks, John

Is it possible that you have no positive disconnect signal from the telephone company, and those blank messages are people who have hung up, but the call stayed up and ended up in a mailbox? Pretty common on analog lines, especially of they come from a CLEC by way of an IAD.

Do you have a 4 port license? Embedded comes with 2 ports, you need to add 2 ports
