Customer was out of the office for all memorial weekend and enabled their VM to Email function.

Well when they returned to the office, they had over 100 New Messages that they have already heard through their email.

I tried *700+Ext and *790, but these commands only clear the notification, if he gets another new message, it will say for example, 101 New Messages.

Is there any way to bulk check all new messages without going through them 1 at a time?

Thanks!

COS 2 is your friend. Set up COS2 with a 1-day retention of old messages, change the COS of the mailbox and tomorrow, CHANGE IT BACK! Overnight, the messages will delete.
