A quick Google search reveals numerous matches claiming that the 7921g is an IP cordless unit. The original post mentions a model 7921. Might they be 7921g?

With other Cisco (wired) phones, it depends on what firmware is loaded on the phone. I'm guessing it's the same with wireless phones. The 7921 is the predecessor to the 7925.

You can pretty much be sure they are skinny not SIP.
But I would be more concerned about functionality, they were kind of tender. They busted easily.
