Hey gang,

I dabble a little bit with the DSX ..but that's about it with NEC.
Anyway...A customer wanted me to recommission a Nec Aspire...I hooked it up and it has squared line appearances (Line 1 / Line 2 ..etc) when you push line buttons you get error tone (fast busy) and display shows "hang up" or "hung up" ....what gives?
They had it squared before decommissioning.
Apparently it did default but it's squared how they want it.
Any feedback on this?

Sorry for the question, but what are Squared line appearances?

I still work on a number of Aspires - might be able to help if I know what that means.
