Hello all,
I have been searching but can't find a reference to the question.
Can a specific caller be blocked with a Vodavi STSe?? CID is active.
Is this possible?? If yes, what terminology is used. I was looking at DID but that is for another application.
Any insight or a point it the right direction would be appreciated.
TIA
Les

You can't block it exactly, but you can route it to a busy signal or vacant extension or mailbox. You would use the ICLID name/number translation table (flash 55) to enter the ten digit number and then assign that table entry to a route the same as you would a did number. If you assign it to route 000 the caller will get reorder tone. You can assign a different route number and then change where it rings in flash 43 programming.

Derrick,
Thanks for the input. I am sure if you have done this multiple times it will be easy. First timer here on this challenge. However, since you have given me MORE than a hint I will give it a shot and see what happens.
Have a good rest of the weekend.
