Feature 09 and extension number. Or else feature 10
It could be a message in a general mailbox

Partner Messaging has 4 automated attendants, and each has a general mailbox, with Ext. 10 as the owner. the Night dial-0/timeout option is "record a message in the general mailbox". Check mailboxes 9991, 9992, 9993, and 9994, then change the 0-out in the night menu or train the user to check the proper mailbox.
