When in on-line monitor under stations there is a tab for volumes. I know these can be tweaked to help the VOIP phones with echo and such. Can someone explain what the different volumes are. There are 4 IC,CO,BackRound,Tone. Looking over the many stations it looks like they are all set differently.

I tried the help files but there is nothing on this. Thank You!

These are just the user-set volumes for fone calls. These have nothing to do w/ VOIP echo.

They must do more then that. I have played with the CO adjustment some and I can add more echo by increasing it to much. I wonder what the baseline is if any and what does the background setting change? Tone I would assume is touch tone.

If I change the volume using the buttons on the phone I see no changes to the numbers in on-line monitor.

You must exit DB programming and then log back in to see the volume changes reflected in db studio.
