System 9.115. On an IP phone, when it displays, 'REMOTE IP CARD NOT PROGRAMMED', how is this fixed? We have the IPRC card in a slot that is programmed for that purpose. As far as we know, the phone is working correctly. We simply do not know what it is exactly that isn't programmed on the card.

The MAC address of the phone should be programmed onto the card. The IP addy of the card should be programmed into the phone.
Did you try pinging the addy for the ip card from the location where the phone is plugged in?

Hello,
I'm having the same issue, with an Inter-tel CS5400 system, 8622 IP phone. What exactly was done to remedy this situation? Thanks in advance.
