My customer wants the AA set up to press 1 for Hours and Location 2 for Sales and 3 - ect. I thought I have it configured but when I try it I get the greeting instructing me to dial my choice and when I do after a little bit, I get a message saying the time has expired - no matter what choice I make I get the same except if I dial 100 it goes there but not as a single digit dialed. Any ideas?

You have to enable DISA on each of the lines that will be used for AA. Yes, I realize that it doesn't make sense, but that is how the system works.

Thank I will make sure it is enabled. Another thought that I had: I am using greeting 002. How do I assign CCR # 01 to be used?
