JTELL Member Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 86 Nfalls,Canada	Hi Guys,have lost connection to BCM for programming through user PC. two things happened, UPS crashed last power to system, completed reboot, second, customer may have increased version of JAVA. I can ping BCM, get into call pilot on BCM, when accessing BCM after password computer icon just spins, does not completely connect. Any thoughts, a bit nervous to reboot this system, larger system.
