I proposed a new system to a business last week and they want to wait a bit but want to replace their MOH player. Right now they have a Bogen FM Receiver and it gets horrible reception.

I bought a Premier player for them.

Any chance i can just swap them out?

Should just be plug and play , John . If MOH is already there the programming is correct and its plugged in correctly . the only possible issue is the correct cable

If I am not mistaken all you should need is a 1/8 mini mono cable for the phone system side and if programming is still good like skip said you should be good to go.

Thanks Skip - my only concern was the NEC manual referring to 10 ohms and the Premier device mentioned 8 or 600.

All went well.
