I have a NEC IPK the ext will forward all to vm in night mode but cant get it to cfb anywhere in day mode.

Are you sure it's not set to DID night mode to VM?
The default access code for CFB/NA is 43 to set 44 to cancel. CF/B does not have a default code. You have to assign one in MB 1-1-47.
