Probably if you set the bias spring to the low tension slot

Thank you tommy. Let me re ask this question Customer has a partner system spread out over a acre in about 5-6 buildings. All with partner 18 buttons . On one building there is a partner inside and a 75 ba bell on the outside. The bell doesnt work, instead of trying to tone buried cable back to cu location i was hoping i could come off the aux port on the 18 with an external ringer any ideas other then 75ba bell /

You absolutely have AC ringing voltage on the voice pair, the question is always if it is enough to drive a particular device.
The 75ba is just a 500 style ringer hitting the big gongs, but it usually rings better off of a partner (alone on its own station port or off the Aux port or doubled up on the voice pair at the block) with the bias spring on low.
Now that you throw in a long distance, thing get dicey. You may have to add in a ring voltage booster to drive the bell, or a relay to drive the bell from its own power source.
