Do any of you guys have customers running Sage Software on a CS50 that does screen pops on incoming calls? If so any issues, aggravations, or just advice on this?
We have an old E-Class customer wanting to upgrade to a 50 just for the screen pops. He said ESI told him no problem but I wanted real life advice first.

"No Problem" is manufacturer lingo for "Big Problems." I have several CS systems and some Sage releases work and others don't. You can install the system and then call tech support if the Sage does not pop. They have the matrix that gives the ESI software release and the Sage software version that play together.
