will a cics ksu with 7.0 software and a cid card show the incoming number on all phones programed for it. thanks, dave

just a quick addon to Yoda's post.. it will only show name or number, not both. So you may want to ask the customer if they prefer the name or number showing when the phone rings. Also, you can click the soft key (underneath the display) labeled "more" while the phone is ringing and then it will display the rest of the CID info.
