I can't remember how to increase the ring time on a phone, does anybody know this off the top of your head? samsung officeserv 7400 the phone is not in a station group.

Do you mean before it forwards to a voicemail box or??

yes before it forwards off to voice mail, our lunch ladies phone in her office rings 4 times then off to voicemail, she never has time to run from the kitchen to the phone to answer it.
