CTX100 - ACTU1A - 3.10 MK043
System is defaulted and I'm trying to connect my DKT3207-SD test phone (which I use on all my systems) but I'm getting a "Connection Denied" error on the screen. Its like I'm trying to connect a Canadian phone to the system or something. Can anyone help? I'm in the process of updating the processor to 3.10MK063, but I'm not very confident that it will work.

The 3207 is only supported by the CIX 40 and CIX1200 systems per the Toshiba GD. I believe they also work on the 28 but it has been a while since we have even touched one so not 100% sure anymore. ~ Mike

I have used this exact phone on at least 20 different CTX/CIX100's. I will try a DP5000 and see if that gets me anywhere. Thanks for the help!

Hmm... Interesting.
Maybe the newer 5.X software will allow it. Or maybe older software doesn't check for it and it will work.
We tried connecting to a 670 once and we had the "Connection Denied" message.
I double-checked the GD and confirmed that the 100 will not support the 3207. ~ Mike
