Hello an existing customer has a Panasonic KX-TDA 15, he is looking to install Autocab software it requires real time output.I want to use the RS232 port to do this Do I need to change the condition codes RC and AN to print?? Also any other alterations I need to program. Also is there a simple way to test that the system is sending the correct output.

connect the system to putty and it will show you the output as it happens.
Auto cab may need CTI integration which the tda 15 does not support
the smdr from the rs232 port is sent after the call is finished. you can get ans option to send as the call is answered but this could cause duplicates on the reports because the system will output the data again once the call is completed with extra info about length of call
