I have a Comdial DXP with a PRI. It is connected to another PBX asterisk.

How do I program extensions for Comdial so that asterisk can dial it is this even possible.

Asterisk has its own extensions that you can program.

How does Comdial handle extensions.

I know if I look in the DID Translation Table I see default extension and then the CO digits. In theory could I create a new default extension of say 1002 and create the CO as 1002 1002 and then when someone dials 1002 it would ring to my default extension.

Does that make sense
