Have a customer at a remote site who said a user was fiddling around with the phone (UX5000 TDM set) and messed something up. Display now reads ANSWER HOLD. anybody know what that is, and how to cancel it out?

From the SV8100 Feature manual (should be the same as the UX5000) Description Answer Hold allows a multiline terminal user to press the flashing Answer Key to answer an incoming ringing call or a Camp-On call. When the multiline terminal user is already answering a call, the first call is automatically placed on hold, depending on the user setting in Program 15-02-06. Service code lives in 11.12.32
To answer a call on a different line key with a call in progress: 1. Receive a CO/PBX, DID/DISA/DIL/E&M incoming ring. Answer flashes. 2. Press Answer and answer the new call. The Answer LED goes out. The original call is put on hold. 3. If additional calls are received, press Answer to place the current call on hold and connect to the next call as long as CO line keys are available.
Hope this helps. I haven't come across it before..
