I need to be able to press one 1 from a menu and have the call be forwarded to a cell phone. I also need to be able to control the time before it tries to recall. Any suggestions?

If we need to change the cell phone number regularly, for example the business has an on call roster, we direct the menu option to an extension and then set the diversion at the extension. Otherwise, you can use a dial block in voicemail.
You know.. that guy.. with the thing.
