I'm using an Inter-Tel Axxess phone system. Can this kind of phone system do autodialer “automatic telephone dialing system”? Can it also do any of this (A) to store or produce numbers to be called, using a random or sequential number generator; and (B) to dial such numbers? I'm asking because a new law was passed regarding those features. https://www.kleinmoynihan.com/new-tcpa-rules-effective-october-16-2013/If anyone can point me to a pdf saying that this old system can't do it, that will be very helpful and appreciated. I'm almost 100% percent sure that it can't do it, but I was asked to show some kind of proof. Thanks,

The system is not capable of “auto dialing” numbers.
How exactly do you prove that something doesn’t exist? A Google search will produce the 1,600 page manual that doesn’t list that feature.

Thank you DND ON for your reply. I checked the manual and did a google search and didn't find anywhere that the system can do auto dialing. I already told the attorney that the system can't do that, but they don't believe me without seeing any prove of that.
