About 20+ years ago I recall a 2564 (5-line) desk phone with LEDs instead of the 10v K51A lamps. It may have been made by ITT or Cortelco. Any ideas what the model number may have been? I remember the line keys were smaller than the standard sets, and the LEDS were a small rectangular shape.

You are correct; they were made by ITT and had smaller line keys with LED's. The part number for them remained the same as the ones with 51A lamps. They were 2564MBA and 2564MBA plus the color code. As far as I know, ITT was the only manufacturer that had the LED line keys. Comdial had always used key strips with 51A lamps under the snap-off white line buttons.

How come there's always enough time to go back and fix it a second time?

Thanks Ed, I'm finding out these old keysets aren't cheap, I guess because there was alot of mechanical assembly and manual wiring required.
