I just replaced a UX Mail that failed - did rudimentary reprogramming and the system is up and running.
I only ever put in one of these - so I think I went in with Intramail on the brain and missed a few things.
After hours VM comes to a box at the recptionist desk. If it is specifically for a certain person - she forward to their VM in the morning. With the replacement system - this is not working. Site staff tells me it looks like it is only accepting three digits when she dials to forward the message. They are on 4-digit extension numbers with mailbox numbers matching the extension numbers. First extension in the system is 5600.
Wondering if there is a setting for number of digits for extension numbers in the UX Mail? I dont see anything.
It is a refurb blade and CF, but I did default the CF prior to install.

My memory is that the default setting was for 3-digit extension numbers in the 300 and 400 ranges. You would need to change the Dial Action Tables as well as the mailboxes.
