I neede help figuring out how to enable international dialing. So far, i am in in the station, class of service, day and night, COS and then i added the feature "allow dialing"( or some phrase that sounds like that) . what appears then is a pen where i assume you enter the international numbers that need to be accessed...this is the point, I dont get, is there a feature that is just a click away to access it. I need this for 8560 models , runnning on inter tel 5.0 session manager...can you let me know if this is possible. I would appreciate your help-I am new to the board.

What type of trunks do you have. A default config will not restrict International dialing. If you have a PRI, some carriers do not want the Int code sent from the PBX. Go to call types under the PRI in the DB and set the call to local. That should fix your problem.
