Hello, Has anyone had this problem were the ipex won't keep up with the time or the time locks up on the display and won't change?

Just about all of the Telrad's I ever installed, the clocks run slow. Some lose a minute every couple of months, some more, some less. Don't think I have ever run into the time locking up other than a bad phone here and there. Does it lock up on all phones in the system?

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes it affects the whole phone system every phone and it loses 8 hours by the end of 24 hours. I've never seen this before any ideas? I also didn't find any Clock trim adjustment in the programming settings.

My guess is the IPEX is bad. Did you check alarms for any other issues? Power problems or anything major going on? Do you have a PRI in the system? Is the time changing at once or gradually losing time? (make sure some user isn't messing with this) Does it affect the time stamp on vm messages? I would leave no stone unturned before changing the IPEX.
No clock trim adjustments available.

Yes no alarms. Does have a pri but removed and does the same thing on the bench with pots lines. When you set the time and date sometimes the time will lock up 10 min after. I have even replaced the small battery on the ipex card just in case. Thanks again for the input.

Update. Found out it is the crystal causing the problem on the ipex board just in case someone else runs into this issue.

Thanks for the update. Is this repairable or total replacement?
