Brian,
Was just checking back in to see if the above idea worked for you, or if you were able to configure the system to handle your specifications?

Thanks for all your help.
In the end I had to disable the AA & set up the system voice box with 5 seconds of silence at the end of the message(they didn't want a ring group mailbox with everyone in the group able to retrieve the message).
Example: "You have reached blah-blah. If you know your party's extension, you may dial it now or wait for the tone to leave a message." 5 seconds silence.
A poor compromise IMHO. But the only thing I could come up with due to the customer's desired operation and the limitations of the equipment.
