OP dwflood Member Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 880 Likes: 1 Northern IL	I have a customer who's Interchange 11.1 (rhetorix) motherboard died. We've built a new Interchange on a new PC but its 12.1 (rhetorix). It worked fine until I copied the M folder, .dvm files, vm.cfg and comdial.lnk from the old hard drive into the new systems VM folder. Now the voicemail ports never come into service. Do I have to convert the old database to 12.1? How?
