XTS System went down had old battery on mpb2 was replace with a new mpb2. System came up and all DTIB cards work in both cabinets. The SLIBE cards didn't come up no dial tone no ring. Any Suggestions!!!

Did you program the slots for the SLIBE? If I remember correctly, a SLIBE requires a different code than the regular SLIB. I don't have a manual handy to look it up.

I just used 04 I didn't know of another code for the SLIBE.

If you don't have the card type right thats it. If it is right check your RGU unit and reset or replace it. I've had these fail and they won't let them ports work correctly on the SLIBE's
