XTS lost programming with T-1. Office has incoming calls come into 101. I have program lines to ring at 101. When you call the office after 4 rings the Voice Mail goes to mailbox 101 not Main Greeting. I'm not sure what step I miss any suggestions?

Maybe the CFNA rings to mailbox 101 are less then the Main AA Greeting, checks CFNA rings MBX.101 are more rings then the AA main greeting.

You might want to do a co preset forward to the vm hunt group. That way after 4 rings it will go to the AA & the caller can go where ever they like.

You need to make sure that 101 is programmed as the attendant/operator for calls to preset forward to the main greeting. (this is one way of fixing your problem, not the only way.)

Thanks for the help It was Flash 10 that was the problem. Came up with no problems thanks for the help!!!
