I have had to re-install Xchange for a customer who's server fell over and wasn't recoverable. Before now I had only installed Xchange on the newer version of 7000 series software so it was relitively easy. This is a 7200 with an MCP on version 2.69. Normally I would go to the system i/o parameter to check that the CTI server address is correct but I can't find an MMC anywhere in the OSM programming tool that lets me view/change the CTI server IP! (The installation on Xchange on the replacement server has gone fine by the way, it has picked up all the extensions and gone as smothley as normal, it's just that the customer is now having problems with the client software intermittantly loosing connetion to the exchange server)
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The setting is the same mmc as you set the ip address, you may have check via the keyset.
I don't think that setting exists in such an old version of software. We've been told xchange requires 4.21 or higher software to work.
