I have 2 questions.

How do I get the KX-TVA50 & KX-TDA50G to have all co lines to be answer by the Auto attendant immediately day and night?

KX-TDA5172 8-PORT DIGITAL LINE CARD (DLC8) install in slot 5 cannot be seen, I have remove the card and re-installed, refresh many times and it still does not work. The KX-TDA 50G is Brand new equipment. Panasonic Tech wants me try another card. What do think I should do?

I'm reasonably certain it's the same answer.

DID YOU REGISTER THE SYSTEM?

Once you do that, you can put the VM on the last one (or two) digital ports depending on how many pairs of jacks you have, then RTFM's for both the TDA and TVA. The card only works when you register the system and then you program the trunks to use the VM and VM to play a greeting when the TDA calls it.

Oh yeah, in passing, what is Panasonic Tech? If it's a "dealer" he's missing something, like a brain. If it's Tech "support", perhaps he ass-umed it was already registered.

You didn't bother me, but are you sure the registration took? A case error will stop the registration and IIRC you won't know it until you go to use it.

It's still acting like it's not.
