I have client with a DSX 80 ( rls 1.3) that I installed 7 years ago, it has worked fine for the most part. They called me to look t a few issues,which sounded like a possible corrupted data base. I did a backup, defaulted, it and went to reload. and it came up all screwed up. I since have fixed most of the problems except the VM day/ night answering ( which was working properly). we have a night key at several locations but I cant get it to switch properly ( hey I have slept since i installed it and have moved on the SL1100). have looked over the tech tips at www.SL1100distributors.com but cant find a resolution. can any one point me in the right direction, thx

You should reprogram from default. If database came up bad default and start over.
You should upgrade and use scheduling for day/ nite.
I think you must go to 2.0 then the latest 3.4 something.
using existing software go to Lines Config, point lines to vm at night, then nite key should work. I don't think you get a different greeting for nite without upgrade.
