I am running CCS 4.0 and a version 8.2 system. I have a user running callviewer and it seem the call time is off by an hour. It just starts as an hour and so many seconds. Instead of being 0:00:26, it is 1:00:26. Once the call completes it resets to zero and does it again on the next call. I have several users who's callviewer is working correctly and other that do not. I am going to try a reload on one user to see if that fixes it, but thought I would get on here to see if anyone had seen the problem before.
Thanks in advance, leaapgorf
