I have a user who says a message comes into her phone, but when she retrieves it, it states the time of the message as an hour earlier. I have reset the time on our system to account for daylight savings. Is there something I'm missing?

We did this, but each night the system resets itself to the wrong time.

Is the VPU set for your time zone?

Yes, we checked that. We also checked that the patched for the date change to Daylight Savings were in place and working. All seems in order, its just that the system insists that the time is off each night and changes itself back.

Are you using NTP to set the time?

Make sure that user's mailbox is set to the correct time zone.

The problem seems to have resolved itself, but we still have no idea what caused it.
