I've got a CIX100, ACTU3, LVMU voicemail and I can't get a second call to ring the phone when it is active on the first call.

I've got extension 213 and phantoms 44213 and45213 as buttons on the phone.

I've got the hunt group set up as 01 Huunt Method to be circular, 02 Pilot number blank, 04 Number to display as 213, 05 Pilot No SCWfwd as 0, 06 Multiple DN Hunt as Enable, 07 DHG Auto Campon as Disable, 08 UCD as Disable, 09, 10, 11 UCD as default.

In 206 Phantoms I've got 44213 as phantom, 01 Owner as 213, 02 as Tone First, 03 Display as 213, 05 System call forward as 0, and the rest blank.

The first call rings 213, they want a second call to ring the 213 phone not automatically go the LVMU and I'm just missing something as I can't make the second call ring the phone.

Appreciate any pointers, thanks so much, Bracha

That all looks about right. Did you use the multiple DN wizard to create this? Ive never had any issues doing it that way, its under Station>DN Setup>Multiple DN.

I didn't use the wizard and I just can't see what is wrong. Have to go back today, can't modem in they have the stupid AT&T T-1 box that gives analog lines which won't handshake like the stupid Time Warner analog lines.

Check the call forwarding. Is it set to forward on a busy?

Just a thought... if the call is coming from the LVMU... (auto attendant) do you have it set for blind transfer?
