Anyone well-versed on Com Analyst? I have a client with an SV8100 (can't recall the version they're on, probably 9.0), and Com Analyst is running on Server 2003. I know it's old, but they're just using it as a file server, and SQL runs on it. Communications Analyst was configured and working on it last year, then it stopped collecting data. Whenever one tries to run a report, the newest data is from July of last year. Nothing in the configuration was changed. I tried restarting services and still no change. If there's someone available to help remotely as a sub-contractor, let me know via PM. This would still probably be more cost effective than purchasing tokens (for us and the client).

Check your time/date settings on the switch and the server. Then I usually back up the old data and remove it from the database. You should do this yearly per tech support. I had a customer that literally had 3 million call records.
