Create virtual extension Put said ext on call coverage buttons (virtual or real) Make that key ring CFNA to VM pilot Create VM box for that VE.
Bonus, Add key on phone for mailbox.

I have tried setting VE on both phones and letting everyone just call that VE. But the problem I have is the phones are on two different systems. They are cygnilink together so the VE will ring on one phone in which VE rests on but won't ring on another.

Never had an issue in a cygnilink environment making that work. I am assuming you are certified on the UX5000?
