I am trying to program buttons for speed dial on individual phones for users.
My question is this. I hit infinity-9397 and then press the button I wish to progam. After this point, what do I enter to make it dial an outside number?

That will not work, you have to program a station speed dial bin first, then assign that speed dial bin to the button.
