Just discovered that a long term short on a digital station port requires a power cycle of the KSU to get the port back on line. Does anyone besides me think that this is nutz. Or am I just being an old grumpy phone guy??

No not nuts. Usually a last resort after using the port hardware/software reset option doesn't work ( which I've never seen not work).

Good to know there is another option. I was never advised to use that by tech support.
