We have 3 phones in the office, 2 lines coming in.

If there is only 1 person in the office and 2 calls come in, whilst we answer the first call, the other phones are ringing in the background.

Ive read the manual about the CAMP feature which you can set as a key on the phone but when i try it out is doesnt do anything.

ideally we like to que the called to the phone and pick up the 2nd call once we end the 1st

do we need to enable camp on anywhere?

Ashley.

I don't think camp on works quite like that.

It's used by the VM/AA when transfering a call out to a staion/group.

You can use it whilst calling a busy station, but i don't think you can use it to-do what your trying to-do.

Do you have VM licenses? you can setup the VM to-do a comfort message after x period of time and then the caller will be placed on hold whilst the phones ring in the office.
