Need a little help with the PC Attendant
Had a company with the DK 424 running a PC Attendant, the computer with the attendant crashed. Obtained a windows 98 computer and installed the PC Attendant software on the "new" computer.
The PC Attendant works to answer incoming and internal calls. it also show the directory and whether the extension listed is available or on another call.
It will not transfer calls, or disconnect calls, or call internal extension. When trying to transfer a call, it places the call on hold but it doesn't complete the transfer. The call can be retrieved be the attendant only. Then it wont disconnect the call, you can hear an off hook tone through the handset.
Not sure of the setting that need to be set in the attendant, or if this is a windows registry issue.
